  Breakfast

  Small bed, carpet and bathroom not very clean. Although it was recently renewed the furniture of the room was already worn.

  Had booked a family room for one night,but when we arrived there were no family rooms available but the receptionist gave us 2 inter connecting rooms at no extra charge. Great outdoor pool area where the kids had great fun after a long drive,also a good indoor pool.bar and restaurant were first class.

  Close to the airport.

  As a frequent traveler this htl was a bad choice and would never stay in again, the room was stinky, everything smelt like smoke, I asked non- smoking room, but I have to keep the window open almost all time because the cigarette smell... The fitness room was far from a good, or even normal, no free weights, was poorly equipped and machines don't work... Not a 4 star htl,not recommended ..

  The room was comfortable aside from the bed. We were provided with a baby bed even though we didn't ask for one, which we thought was nice. The area was nice.

  The massage was horrible and resulted in pain for more than a week afterward. It was as if the massage therapist didn't know what she was doing. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable.

  I enjoyed that upon entering the hotel there is a serene feeling. I liked the cleanliness of the room.

  It is extremely unfortunate that for a four star hotel, the breakfast is so poor. I had a better breakfast at B&B hotels. There were eggs, but cold, bacon but cold, sausages but cold. Even after bringing it up to the staff nothing happened for a long time until they checked and saw that the appliances were unplugged from the wall. I was asked to wait, i waited but still cold. There is no fresh food, all is previously prepared and no option to get any other type of food. Extremely dissapointing for such a classy place. This alone ruined my entire stay. Bad way to start a day!

  Clean and relatively spacious rooms.

  Maybe I should not have expected this, but there was no fridge (mini-bar) in our room. No water-cooker/tea/coffee facilities were available in the room either. The breakfast was ok but short of what I expected from a 4-starts hotel, although I know standards for giving stars are different in different countries.

  The place is calm, and outside of the city. There were two swimming pools.

  I was disappointed that for a four stars hotels, it did not have a mini-bar.

  Rooms where clean and of a good size. Popular swimming pool area. Good free parking. Nice bar downstairs.

  There is no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was average, and no food available outside of the limited restaurant hours. The location is somewhat out of the way with nothing within walking distance, but there is a regular bus service close by. Although the reception staff where very polite and tried to be helpful thier english was limited making it difficult to get tourist information at the hotel.

  During check-in, we waited in the queue to reach to the reception (at 23:00) about an hour. Receptionist could not find our Booked.net reservation. The room was very cold and we could not make it warm until morning. Rooms need to be renevated. Breakfast was poor for 4 star hotel. During checkout we have been asked to pay the room second time, since receptionist made another reservation by mistake during check-in.

  The staff were excellent. The food was well presented and very nice. Breakfast was very satisfactory. The indoor pool facility was very welcome as it was too hot to use the outside one.

  Good location, convinient parking on the territory of the hotel, nice forest around.

  Good facilities, out of town but with easy access via bus to the city centre. Good size portions in the restaurant.
